Muitas Tribos Uma Nação
Muitas Tribos Uma Nação (Many Tribes One Nation) We are many tribes bound together by the spirit and traditions of dispersed peoples. We are resilient, brave, just and wise. Our dance and music is grounded in the traditions of our tribes. Yet, we live in the here and now; devising new ways to creatively respond to the world as we know it. There is no innovation without tradition — the past is made present by Muitas Tribos Uma Nação.
This year's Carnaval will be dedicated to Amaey — the little bird who flew. We commerate his journey in our enredo "Amaeyzing."
